If you're tired of seeing your body as something to be feared, controlled or changed and are done trying to tame or apologize for her, this four week trauma-informed series is for you.

Based in the ancient and non-dual teachings of yoga, this series will support you in exploring a new kind of relationship with your body based in respect and reverence rather than fear and aversion.

You'll learn to perceive your body as a temple of God and to practice tending to your Body Temple with care.

We’ll discuss:

- Appreciating Our Unique Mind/Body

- Understanding Stress, Trauma + the Nervous System

- Unwinding Old Patterns + Co-Creating New Ones

- Living as the Embodiment of Divine Light

These two hour sessions will include philosophy, writing, movement and community connection and are designed to support you in unwinding from body shame and aversion.

​Meet Erin


800 Hr. ​Certified Yoga Therapist + Dance Instructor + Somatic Educator

Erin (she/her) found her way to the yoga mat at 16 amidst the intensity of an eating disorder and immense body-aversion.  Here she learned to see her body as sacred and treat herself with respect and lovingkindness.  Through the practices, she has found immense healing, self-acceptance and inner peace. 

Erin is a proud student of Inner Peace Yoga Therapy, a mother, wife, certified yoga therapist, retreat leader, somatic educator, speaker and writer who loves helping others live a wildly authentic and embodied life of inner Divine connection.  She lives on the land of the Nisenan and Maidu people and comes from Germanic / Polish lineages.

Good Body is a culmination of all the things I have learned on my path to healing from body-hatred and aversion to seeing myself as an embodiment of Divinity.  Our circle will include all the things I value: heart-centered connection, compassionate teachings and therapeutic yoga practices, and the awareness that we are enough and are stronger together.

I am so honored to have you as part of this movement towards unity, diversity, and inner connection to the Divine Beloved.
