Feeling is a sacred and important part of being a human.
However in our Western world many of us are cut off from the information they are trying to tell us. During this workshop you will learn how to allow for and listen to your feelings as opposed to stuffing or numbing them.
Our workshop will include a spiritual teaching, a healing movement practice as well as some time to journal and process whatever it is that might be coming up for you.
Please prepare your space with a yoga mat, pillows and a blanket, something to cover your eyes as well as a candle and journal.
