Welcome to the temple of your life: the beautiful world that exists beneath the frantic movement of your mind, your endless to-do list, and the part of you that can't stop planning.
Here, we gather to slow down and remember that underneath the sometimes messy human experience, something sacred is happening.
Here, we support one another in remembering our inherent wholeness, accessing our inner wisdom, and nurturing the already-there Divine connection.
Your guide, Erin Alexander, is an 800 hr. certified yoga therapist, retreat leader, spiritual and business mentor, master teacher, writer, and speaker who passionately affirms that you are a sacred Divine creation worthy of love, rest and community care. Erin teaches from her embodied experience of healing through trauma through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda and specializes in helping others create a sacred space to heal, grow and thrive in all aspects of their lives. Welcome hOMe. We're so glad you're here. |
