Inter-spiritual somatic educator, speaker, mother, and trauma-informed yoga therapist, Erin Alexander is most passionate about creating inclusive, heart-centered communities of compassion, courage, and spiritual connection for those who identify as women.
Erin specializes in helping students to better love and accept themselves and find the sacred amidst the ordinary thanks to her life-long study of yoga, 20+ years as an educator, and through her own embodied experience of healing, growth, and transformation through trauma.
