Yoga Therapy is a growing field based in the ancient philosophy of yoga and backed by modern science designed to bring you the shifts you're longing for in mind, body and/or Spirit.
These holistic healing sessions will use the multi-faceted technology of yoga therapy to help you release mental and emotional tension and teach you easy techniques for calming your mind, soothing and strengthening your body, building inner resilience, and helping you get clear on you desire, leaving you with practical tools for how to get there and rock solid support from me along the way.
This work addresses the root causes of dis-ease rather than simply pacifying the symptoms; you'll leave with an embodied experience of healing as you find your way back to your center and experience freedom, ease, and pleasure in your body once again.
To support you in getting to where you need to go, we start with an initial intake session and then will co-create a package of sessions based on your needs and goals determine together what best suits you and your needs.
