This private session package offers you a deep dive into one-on-one support as you move through the process of moving through difficulty and into an experience of hope, healing and post-traumatic growth.
Over the course of our four months together, you'll be empowered with tools, knowledge and the ability to support your body in its natural ability to heal and experience a more authentic, alive, embodied life post-traumatic stress.
Hope and Healing sessions are meant for those who are committed to their personal growth and are looking for support in resurrecting from the past with confidence, clarity, and a renewed connection to their inner wisdom and the Higher Power of their own understanding.
MONTH ONE:
Post-Traumatic Growth, Hope, and Healing
During our first month you'll learn the research behind post-traumatic growth as we begin to set the stage for healing. Together we'll explore where you are in the stages of healing. We'll look at the qualities of people who grow through adversity and decipher which qualities you already embody and which can be strengthened in you. We'll also invoke the Higher Power of your own understanding and discover who is your inspiration for healing and post-traumatic growth.
MONTH TWO:
Releasing the Past + Beginning Again
In this month, we'll look at the past with love, understanding how you and your body have adapted to survive what you've been through. You'll take a deeper look at ancestral trauma and bring a compassionate lens to the patterns that are causing you suffering. From here, we lovingly start to let go of the past and get curious about where you want to go and your intentions for healing.
MONTH THREE:
Setting Sacred Routines:
During this month we'll look at how you might begin to put self-care routines into place that serve you, your body and your intentions for healing. We'll look at how you might make small, doable changes in your everyday routines that move you toward where you want to be in a real, tangible, embodied way. We will look at how you can make pleasure, healing and ease a part of your morning and evening routines and connect to your Higher Power on a regular basis.

Learning the Language of your Body:
In this final month you'll learn how to listen to your body's needs with love as you understand how to better understand the wisdom coming from within. You'll learn tools that will support you in building emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-compassion and how to become a powerful advocate for yourself and your needs as you learn how to support yourself in real time.

While in the human body, we will experience many forms of loss including the death of a loved one, a job, a partner, a phase of life and/or the roles we once played in the world that are now complete.
Learning to be with and welcome loss as a sacred part of the soul’s journey is a profound and empowering practice, one that helps us learn how to slowly let go of what has past so that we can open to whatever lies ahead.
These private sessions, based on the teachings and Antonio Sausys, Mirabai Starr and Frances Weller, will help you to process your losses from a place of reverence and care and support you in seeing this time as a sacred passageway of spiritual transformation.
MONTH ONE:
Understanding the Grief Process
During our first month together, you'll learn to see your grief through the lends of love. We'll discuss the grieving process as a mind / body / Soul experience and normalize the natural, physiological response to loss so that you know best what to expect in the months to come. Together, we'll look at your unique mind and body and learn techniques to best tend to the grieving mind and body during this tender time.
MONTH TWO:
Balancing your Nervous System
In this month, you'll learn simple techniques for bringing balance and healing to your grieving mind and body in a way that is aligned with your personal goals and intentions for our time together. You'll learn self-care tools, practices and routines that support your body in healing and start to implement them into your life and routines in ways that are simple and straight-forward.
MONTH THREE:
Processing Your Grief
During month three we'll support you with practices that help you to process and release the wide variety of emotions that are a natural part of the grieving process through movement, writing, and reflection. You'll learn healthy ways to express and release emotions in an intelligent, compassionate and contained way so that emotions move through you, rather than getting repressed.
MONTH THREE:
Keeping the Gems, Releasing the Rest
During month four, we'll excavate the gems from the fires of your loss and, together, discern what from the past is staying with you and what will be composted so that new life can emerge. Here, you'll learn how the sacred art of ritual and ceremony for keeping the best parts of the past alive, while learning embodied ways to let go of that which is finished with reverence and care.
MONTH FIVE:
Emerging with Wisdom
In our last month together, together we'll look at what is emerging within you from the ashes of the past. How might you take the best parts of what has been and emerge as this new version of yourself with confidence in who you are becoming? During this time you will learn practices for receiving intuitive insights as you dream of what is emerging for you both internally and externally. What new life might be possible for you on the other side of your great loss?

Knowing your unique purpose, bravely standing in it, and co-creating offerings that support those looking for help in your specific area of expertise is one of the most powerful ways to attract the people you were meant to serve.
These private coaching sessions are designed to help you move through uncertainty, self-doubt and internal floundering about your place in the world and will support you in building unshakable confidence around your work that comes from the inside out.
Discover your unique dharma, break past limiting beliefs about your worth and your presence in the world, and start to make real change in a world that needs a resourced version of you, your passion and your skills.
MONTH ONE:
Your Unique Essence
During the first month, we’ll discover the unique qualities that you bring to your work be it in your family, with your clients and beyond. Are you funny? Authentic? Compassionate? Intelligent? What unique energy do you bring that draws students and clients to you? And how can you begin to own your energy as part of the healing experience?
We’ll take an inventory of the teachers who have influenced you the most, a life review on all that you’ve learned on your path, and help you get clear on your unique messaging that is derived from that. We will also set you up with a daily practice that supports you in staying aligned with your unique essence and helps you to compost limiting beliefs on a daily basis.
MONTH TWO:
Your Unique Work
During month two, we will help you specify what it is that you’ve learned through your unique healing journey and how that informs your messaging and helps you attract your ideal clients.
You will get clear on who, exactly, you are divinely designed to work with and how you specifically help them. What can you confidently tell potential clients what you do? How can you speak directly to their frustrations and offer them an embodied path to liberation? What language can you use that helps them to hear and understand you? All of these questions will be made clear in this module.
MONTH THREE:
Your Unique Offering(s)
In our final month together, we will help you design 1-2 unique offerings that align with your vision, mission and unique purpose and help you discern how to price your offerings in a way that pays you well while offering something for everyone who enters your practice.
We’ll look directly at the limiting beliefs that come up for you around what you’re capable of offering and help them to dissolve so that you can do the work you came here to do with confidence and clarity. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to go out into the world offering your wisdom, love and service from an embodied place.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
This program runs for 3 months meeting 3x/month (60 Minutes/Session)
Stand alone sessions are available for those who'd like to receive somatic support and/or insight around a particular topic that doesn't fit into the session packages above.
These sessions might include learning practical yoga practices and philosophies that might support you in navigating a difficult situation, somatic practices to support you in releasing something that feels stuck, or something entirely different based on your individual needs.
These sessions are highly recommended for returning clients who have already done work with me in one facet or another and may not be offered depending on the intensity of your needs.
These sessions run for 90 minutes.
These sessions might include learning practical yoga practices and philosophies that might support you in navigating a difficult situation, somatic practices to support you in releasing something that feels stuck, or something entirely different based on your individual needs.
