This private session package offers you a deep dive into one-on-one support as you move through the process of moving through difficulty and into an experience of hope, healing and post-traumatic growth. This session series is meant for those who are looking for support in resurrecting from the past with confidence, clarity, and a renewed connection to their inner wisdom and the Higher Power of their own understanding.
MONTH ONE:
Post-Traumatic Growth, Hope, and Healing
During our first month you'll learn the research behind post-traumatic growth as we begin to set the stage for healing. Together we'll explore where you are in your becoming process. We'll look at the qualities of people who grow through adversity and decipher which qualities you already embody and which can be strengthened in you. We'll also invoke the Higher Power of your own understanding and discover who is your inspiration for healing and post-traumatic growth.
MONTH TWO:
Releasing the Past + Beginning Again
In this month, we'll look at the past with love, understanding how you and your body have adapted to survive what you've been through. You'll take a deeper look at ancestral trauma and bring a compassionate lens to the patterns that are causing you suffering. From here, we lovingly start to let go of the past and get curious about where you want to go and your intentions for healing.
MONTH THREE:
Setting Sacred Routines:
During this month we'll look at how you might begin to put self-care routines into place that serve you, your body and your intentions for healing. We'll look at how you might make small, doable changes in your everyday routines that move you toward where you want to be in a real, tangible, embodied way. We will look at how you can make pleasure, healing and ease a part of your morning and evening routines and connect to your Higher Power on a regular basis.
MONTH FOUR:
Learning the Language of your Body:
In this final month you'll learn how to listen to your body's needs with love as you understand how to better understand the wisdom coming from within. You'll learn tools that will support you in building emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-compassion and how to become a powerful advocate for yourself and your needs as you learn how to support yourself in real time.
