Class Description:
If you are interested in learning more about the spiritual nature of yoga and how yoga works as a therapeutic practice for mind, body and Spirit, this circle is for you. Together we'll explore the deeper teachings of yoga and learn therapeutic techniques such as chanting, breath work, meditation and asana (postures) for total and complete healing. This is an inclusive yoga community for women* and includes journaling and some optional sharing at the beginning and end of practice.
