For thousands of years, women have gathered at the new moon to be in circle and attune to our natural rhythms. As we enter the Vata season, nature invites us to slow down and go within. May we listen to this calling.
Experience the magic of intention and truth-telling in this goddess gathering. Each session includes restorative yoga, journaling, ritual, listening and sharing. Open to all women and non-binary folks.
$30 suggested donation. $75 for all 3 sessions.

Grace is a Holistic Health Coach specializing in Ayurveda, Yoga and Mindfulness. She is a Certified Ayurveda Specialist (C.A.S.) and holds yoga certifications through Whole Birth® Prenatal Yoga and Support, the White Lotus Foundation and Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). She is the founder of Mindful Mama Yoga & Ayurveda and previous owner of Grass Valley Yoga. Grace has been on faculty at the California College of Ayurveda and for the Yoga Teacher Training program at MindBody Zone and the Prenatal Kriya Yoga Teacher Training.
