​Yoga for the Whole Heart:

This group class will bring awaken and strengthen your body, lower stress, balance emotions, and clear the mind: connecting you to the heart of who you really are.

Our 90 minutes together will include mindful movement, meditation, breath-work, and relaxation practices that you will evoke healing on all levels of your being.

This class is best suited for those looking for presence, inner peace and a deeper connection to their bodies, their lives and their deepest Selves.


Private Yoga Therapy:

These personalized sessions use the research based techniques of yoga therapy, Ayurveda, mindfulness and self-compassion to address imbalances at the root level.

Our work together will include gentle movement, breath-work, and meditation, leaving you with tools you can use in your every day life, on a moment to moment basis to help you find inner peace.

You will leave empowered with simple techniques that will help cultivate inner stability amidst the natural movement of the human experience.
