Personalized sessions are available for those who'd like to receive somatic support and/or insight around a particular topic that doesn't fit into the session packages above. 

These sessions might include learning practical yoga practices and philosophies that might support you in navigating a difficult situation, somatic practices to support you in releasing something that feels stuck, or something entirely different based on your individual needs.

These sessions are highly recommended for returning clients who have already done work with me in one facet or another and may not be offered depending on your needs.
