Join us for this restorative day of hope, healing, and transformation on at the First Congregational Church on March 21st from 9:00-3:30 to better understand the process and outcomes of post-traumatic growth through challenge and change.

Co-facilitators Dr. Joyce Mikal-Flynn, trauma care and recovery expert and professor at Sacramento State, and Erin Alexander, certified yoga therapist and inter-spiritual teacher, will integrate modern science, spirituality, and embodied, research-based practices to support your capacity to rise up through adversity, trauma, challenge and change.

Participants can expect a lecture, meditative practices, community connection + inner reflection during this inspiring day meant to bring hope and healing to all.  Please bring a bag lunch and journal.

Some of the day's topics will include:

- Science, Faith and Engaging with Healing
- Five Sensory Soothing and the Nervous System
- Understanding and Re-Patterning the Stress Cycle
- Health, Wellness and Everyday Application
- Group Question, Answer + Integration
