We are so excited to present you with this handcrafted yoga + Ayurveda retreat at Siena Retreat Center in Racine, Wisconsin to rejuvenate your mind/body system, reflect and reconnect with your Soul at this pivotal time of year. Join us for either a day retreat or an overnight experience that will bring you tools and practices to release built up stress and tension and the invitation to awaken your inner light and stand in your feminine power.
