Over the course of this unique six month journey, you'll learn how to treat your body as a Divine temple and deepen your ability to connect to the wisdom within. 

We begin by studying the deep philosophies of these ancient modalities that affirm your inherent worth while learning practical, embodied practices and techniques that support you in tending to yourself with care.

Each month will be focused on a specific theme that supports your healing, embodiment, and personal transformation through yoga, tantra and Ayurveda.

You'll learn daily rituals that will cultivate unshakable self-trust and inner stability, build a sacred relationship to food and self-nourishment, support you in understanding your emotions and setting clear boundaries, help you to lead with compassion and kindness, teach you embodied techniques for authentic self-expression and intuitive living

Designed the teachings of the chakra system as well as Ayurveda's tangible path for self-love, you'll leave this mentorship empowered with tools that help you find balance, ease, and a continuous inner connection to your Divine source.

​Meet Erin

Program Facilitator:
​Certified Yoga Therapist + Somatic Educator


Erin (she/her) began her career as a high school English teacher in 2006. Here she developed a love of teaching and helping students to explore the mysteries of life, tell their stories, listen more deeply, speak their truth, practice compassion, and develop a sense of purpose and self-worth.  During that time she was silently struggling with addictive habits and behaviors that were causing her great suffering when she found yoga therapy as a path to inner freedom and self love.

Erin integrates her educational background and 20+ years of yoga training to teach women how to reclaim their inherent worth, thrive post traumatic stress, shift addictive habits, and embody dignity, self-worth, and devotion to something larger than themselves. 

Erin is a proud student of Inner Peace Yoga Therapy where she now teaches and supports yoga therapists in training.  She is also 
a mother, wife, retreat leader, educator, speaker and writer who loves helping others live a wildly authentic and embodied life of inner Divine connection.

​Meet Grace

Program Facilitator:
​Ayurvedic Coach + Bodyworker


Grace Kendrick (she/her) is devoted to guiding others home to themselves—through practices that cultivate presence, nourish the body, and awaken a deeper sense of connection to life. Her work weaves together yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurveda, offering a grounded yet expansive path toward living with greater clarity, ease, and intention.

With over 20 years of experience, she brings a steady, compassionate presence to everything she teaches, inviting people into a more honest and kind relationship with themselves.  Her teaching spans community spaces, studios, and corporate environments, where she has worked with organizations including Google, Visa, Roche Molecular, and the Bay Area Ethics and Compliance Association. As the creator of Mindfulness Matters in the Workplace, Grace supports individuals and teams in cultivating focus, resilience, and authentic connection. 

Inspired by her own journey into motherhood, Grace founded Mindful Mama Yoga to support women in reconnecting with themselves during the transition into parenthood. Her work is further enriched by Ayurveda, which she integrates into her teaching, private practice, and former role at the California College of Ayurveda. Through one-on-one guidance, group programs, and retreats, Grace creates spaces for reflection, restoration, and meaningful transformation—supporting others in living with greater balance, awareness, and heart.

Course Curriculum


Month One:
Reclaim your Inherent Worth

Ground yourself in the ancient principles and philosophies of yoga and Ayurveda that support you in awakening to your inherent worth and lay out an explicit path to promote balance and healing in the mind and body.

Month Two:
Safety, Belonging and Inner Stability


Teach your nervous system how to find safety and stability from within through the practices of yoga therapy and simple daily Ayurvedic rituals for tending to your body with respect and love on a regular basis.

Month Three:
Pleasure, Creativity and Emotional Intelligence


As our bodies learn to relax and trust us more, we begin to more fully experience your emotions and better understand them.  We'll support you in making time for simple pleasures as you learn five sensory soothing practices and eating routines that deeply nourish your body and mind.

Day Retreat @ the Sanctuary in Auburn (7/11)

Month Four:
Digestion, Choice and Personal Power

As you slow down, you'll learn how to live with intention, set sacred boundaries and discern your inner "yes" and "no" as you deepen into self-trust.  Learn helpful practices to digest and release toxins in mind and body and gain access to inner insights and wise discernment.

Month Five:
Finding Your Sacred Center

​As your mind and body becomes more clear, we'll support you awakening to your heart at your intuitive Divine center.  Learn to live with more care and kindness toward yourself and learn how your loving presence in the world uplifts those around you, too.


Month Six:
Authentic Expression + The Power of Speech


Become aware of how your voice and authentic expression influences your life experience.  Learn how to use your voice to speak up with clarity and confidence and the power of your words to co-create a life aligned with who you are and what you value.

​This is our third annual "You are a Goddess" program and we are so honored to invite you into this community of deep healing that comes from within. 

This glorious six month journey is the culmination of our work as successful professionals in the field of yoga and Ayurveda and is based in both the spiritual and practical aspects needed to release old stress patterns and live a meaningful life from within.


We are currently scheduling one-on-one intake calls to learn more about you and your story and to see if this program might be a good fit for all of us.
