This mentorship is the culmination of my life’s work of learning to confidently embody my authentic self and is based in the science-backed practices of yoga therapy as well as the great spiritual traditions of the world that point us to the same truth: we are embodiments of Divinity meant to shine and thrive regardless of what’s going on in the external world. This work is for the woman who is ready to heal and shift old habits and patterns that are keeping her stuck and is looking for support in reclaiming her body, her mind, her life and her world as a sacred expression of herself. This is best suited for those who have already practiced with me and are looking to go deeper in the teachings of yoga while learning how to embody a state of *yoga* in a real and accessible way. This is not for you if you’re not interested in the spiritual nature of life or going deeper into being and expressing your authentic self. |
